About IVLEAD
Raising leaders to drive transformational change
IVLEAD (I Volunteer for Leadership) is a leadership organization with the goal of raising leaders to drive transformational change while leveraging Digital solutions for social good.
Established in May 2023, IVLEAD was founded on the belief that leadership should not be accidental or elitist, but intentional, inclusive, and accessible, especially to young people in underserved communities.
Since inception, IVLEAD has grown from a small volunteer-driven initiative into a structured leadership platform delivering school outreaches, community interventions, leadership conferences, and long-term development programs that equip young people with the mindset, skills, and support required to lead effectively in their environments.
